  • Registration: If you choose to create a user account, we collect your username and email address. This data is used solely for account management and cross-platform synchronization of game progress.
  • Technical Data: When accessing our backend, your IP address is recorded in server logs for security and operational purposes. These logs are not evaluated for marketing or analytical tracking.
  • Device Information: We collect hardware information (device model, operating system version) to optimize Tiltsprint’s performance and compatibility for your specific platform.
  • Local Storage: Game saves are stored locally on your device unless synchronized via an account.

3. Third-Party Services and Platform Integration

Tiltsprint offers optional integration with the following services to link accounts and sync achievements:

  • Google Play Games Services (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland)
  • Apple Game Center (Apple Inc., USA)
  • Steam (Valve Corporation, USA)

When using these services, platform-specific IDs are processed to track achievements and verify your identity. Please refer to the privacy policies of the respective providers.

4. Hosting and Data Location

All data collected through registration and synchronized game saves are stored on self-operated servers located in Germany. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties, except for the platform integrations mentioned in Section 3.

5. Account Deletion and Data Retention

How to Request Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time through the following methods:

Types of Data Deleted

Upon a deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your email address and username.
  • All synchronized game saves and progress data.
  • Platform linking identifiers.

Data Retention

  • Immediate Deletion: Most data is deleted immediately upon request.
  • Log Data: IP addresses stored in technical logs are automatically purged after 30 days.
  • Legal Requirements: We only retain data beyond the deletion request if required by law (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes) or to resolve ongoing disputes.
